De historie van Ruyschstraat 68hs.
In 1901 heeft Aagje Hartog met haar man Gerrit, de beroemde volkoren bakkerij Hartog, gevestigd op de Ruyschstraat 68. Na 80 jaar is de bakkerij, wegens uitbreiding verhuisd naar nr 56 op de hoek.
Daarna hebben mijn man en ik alhier een bedrijf in verse italiaanse pasta’s met winkel gehad.
Ik heb 20 jaar met plezier in deze heerlijk lichte ruimte gewerkt, en heel wat uurtjes op de zomers , zonnige patio doorgebracht. In 2014 is de bedrijfsruimte omgebouwd tot een ruim appartement.

The history of Ruyschstraat 68hs.
In 1901, Aagje Hartog and her husband Gerrit established the famous wholemeal bakery Hartog at Ruyschstraat 68. After 80 years, the bakery moved to no. 56 on the corner due to expansion. After that, my husband and I ran a business here selling fresh Italian pasta, with a shop.
I enjoyed working in this wonderfully light space for 20 years and spent many hours on the sunny patio in the summer. In 2014, the commercial space was converted into a spacious apartment.
Everyone who enters for the first time is surprised by the amount of light and space, the height of the ceiling, and the many possibilities this offers. Because I now live elsewhere, it is with some sadness that I am offering my apartment for sale.
